1. Digital Delivery Only

All our products (AI-generated images and generation credits) are 100% digital. No physical items will be shipped to your address.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, your credits will be automatically and immediately credited to your account. You can verify your balance in your personal Dashboard. Any images generated will be available for instant download from your Gallery.

3. Delivery Timeline

In most cases, the delivery of digital credits is instantaneous. However, in some rare instances, there might be a short delay due to payment processing verification. If your credits do not appear within 2 hours of a successful transaction, please contact us.

4. Shipping Costs

Since we do not ship physical products, there are no shipping or handling fees associated with any purchase on our platform.

5. Issues with Delivery
